JOB #1 *VERY URGENT* IT Project Manager, PMP Certified (Onsite Work Location: Downey, CA - Los Angeles area)

PRIMARY WORK DUTIES:

  1. Plan, coordinate, and lead project meetings to discuss and document project planning, conflict resolution, risk management, and project staffing responsibilities.
  2. Present and explain project design, plan, and implementation to project team members and stakeholders.
  3. Document business and functional requirements using proven business practices and tools.
  4. Identify problems, evaluate trends, and anticipate conflicts to create and implement project control measures.
  5. Present and explain project design, plan, and implementation to project team members and stakeholders.


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI).
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in engineering, computer science, business administration, information systems, criminal justice or a related field.
  • Three (3) years of experience within the last five (5) years as an IT project manager.
  • Three (3) years of experience within the last five (5) years managing teams responsible for strategic planning, project implementation, and working with a broad range of diverse business units.
  • Two (2) years of experience in the last five (5) years performing business analysis and creating business analysis documents.


JOB #2 *VERY URGENT* Video Security Project Manager (Onsite Work Location: Alhambra, CA - Los Angeles area)

PRIMARY WORK DUTIES:

  1. Coordinate efforts to install new and replacement video security systems.

  2. Participate in requirement gathering, design, creation of site diagrams using software tools, and documentation of new and replacement video security systems..

  3. Participate in the creation of Statement(s) of Work for services and technical specifications with County approved vendors.

  4. Perform video security administration functions including configuring and maintaining video security hardware and software.


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Three (3) years project management experience within the last five (5) years. At least two (2) years of this must be in designing, implementing, and supporting video security systems in enterprise environments of over 1,000 users.
2. One (1) year of experience within the last three (3) years using Computer Assisted Drafting or Microsoft Visio software for documenting project designs.
3. One (1) year of experience within the last three (3) years using commonly available project management software (Microsoft Project or equivalent).
4. One (1) year of experience in drafting and writing Statement(s) of Work.
